Small Silver Bowl

Hi, I am new to the forum. I have recently acquired a silver-looking bowl, but I am not sure of it's use.
The bowl also has unusual hallmarks, which I have never seen before.
I think it could perhaps be a sugar bowl?
Any information would be greatly appreciated,
