Old Silver Brooch Looking thing with horse and eyelets

Good evening all,

I bought this at auction and didn't think much of it. I recently bought an acid testing kit and tested it with the amber solution. Turns out its silver.

There are no hallmarks, and I cannot work out what it is.

Any thoughts?

Hi, I believe it could be a silver button or part of and perhaps 18th century. What is the diameter ?

Hiya. thanks for getting back to me the diameter is about 4.4cm, or about 1 and 7/8th inches
