Newbie and first time poster. Found this item at a flea market, seller had no idea what it is. Polished up like silver. Light weight and appears hollow. No visible way to open, hinges, etc. The two cylindrical top pieces appear to be rope or some type of braided banding. The larger bottom oval has raised dimples with a small knob on the bottom.

Any help to identify this pendant would be greatly appreciated.
