mystery cup...

Been spending hours trying to figure out the origin of this cup. I'm not even sure if it's silver to be honest.
I preformed the ice test (ice melts fast on silver) passed,
I preformed the quarter ting which sounded like a high-pitched bell, passed.
Magnet test, passed.
IveI've found what I guess might be hallmarks.. seem more like dings.
Any help would be amazing..
