Got this at this at an estate sell anyone know what it is?

40 years ago, people would call and describe something and I would say "could you hold it up to the phone". Of couse 40 years ago that made no sense. But the people at the other end of the line, I am fairly sure, would do just that.
So I am so happy to say: Would you hold it up to the phone, as you have no picture posted.

Thanks for the reply. As soon as I figure out how to load my pic on here I will. I don't see anywhere to attach it, although I am on my iphone and have not tried to do so on computer yet. But thanks so much.
