Candle wick cutter, please show us a clear image of the marks; use a good digital camera, with macro function (tulip mode) and made daylight only. Thanks.

I hope these photos are easier to see the hallmarks.

The hallmark to the far left appears to be (possibly) the name of the manufacturer.

The 2nd and 3rd hallmarks appear to be forks.

Thanks for posting the improved images of the marks. The maker was Thomas Jordan of Birmingham.
