Possible Sterling flask topper??

Postby tech126 » Mon Nov 04, 2013 10:39 pm

I found this item while metal detecting on Sunday. I think its a Sterling flask topper however it seems too large for that. Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction as to the maker. The hallmark is half worn off, its stamped Sterling then
"1035z", also there is a hand engraved number below that "279126" It weighs around 7.5g.Its about the size of a half dollar...any help would be really appreciated, thank you in advance for all your replies...

It is the top of a rouge jar, by Simons Bro and company.
