Rather quiet on the forum, so here is an easy task. What is it used for? The measure is centimeters (23 cm)

Hi Qrt.S,
Is this some kind of wine bottle holder? I cant imagine how it would be secured to the bottle though.

Nice doing and on the nail Trev. Yes it is a wine bottle holder. It is secured when you grip and press the handles. It works well, I have used it many times and every time all around the dinner table scream:"don't drop the bottle!!!". I haven't done that ....yet.. :-))))
