These silverplated pieces are from an 1885 Reed & Barton catalog.
I'd estimate their height at between 4 and 5 inches (10.16 and 12.70 cm.)
What were they used for?

Looks to me like stands or holders for pocket watches.

The Elk head looks like an emblem of the BPOE Elks, are the others have any association to anything? Oh yea... I agree with Cheryl.

Yes, they are watch stands.

Byron, the catalog does not mention anything about those associations.
