Help ID Unmarked Coin Silver Punch Ladle Bowknot Design

I have an unmarked punch ladle that is solid silver, likely coin rather than sterling. I have been unable to identify the pattern. Does anyone know the pattern name and/or maker? The handle is a hollow tube. It is monogrammed with AB. No marks anywhere else.
