Reed and Barton

I would like to get replacement of the teaspoon the image on left is the teaspoon the right is the fork, its clearly stamped reed and barton stainless steel

I've looked at everything I could find online to find out what pattern it was.I see similar patterns but nothing exact
Side note both my grandfather and father both worked for this company.I'm guessing my grandfather worked there between 1930-1960 my dad work there between 1953-62
