Brodrene Lohne Norway Nr. 128

In .830S standard, seen listed as another spoon, but lacking the piercing details surrounding the bowl here, and being described as "Dobble Rokokko" (Double Rococo). Officially shown on this piece as Number 128 pattern. Feel free to add anything else you know about this pattern.
