This Gorham patent drawing is simpler than the Shamrock v pattern itself, but I expect it is correct.

Patent #D82031 was for Gorham's 'Hunt Club' pattern, 'Shamrock V' was #D83680 (same designer):

Good point. I jumped the gun. Sometimes it seems these designs are varied, but obviously not in this case.
