Rat-tail (Hanoverian), I think with odd reverse bobbly bit

I would describe these two silver table spoons as Rat-tail (or Hanoverian) - am I correct? (I apologise for my ignorance - this really is not my field)
And how would you describe the detail where the stem joins the bowl?
All help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Frances,
The spoon would be described as Hanoverian with a single drop.
Although a rat-tail can at times be found along the stem on some patterns of flatware, the term Rat-tail is usually applied to when the feature is found on the back of the bowl.
Trev.
