Please help identify maker/ pattern

I recently unearthed some pieces, and have spent the afternoon learning a LOT about silver patterns, manufacturers, and hallmarks. Despite the whirlwind lesson, I still cannot identify the hallmarks for certain, and would appreciate your expert knowledge to help identify them.
