D-H "Charles II." teaspoons as retailed by Theodore B. Starr. Set of four monogrammed BVW. [From a found single group of twenty sterling spoons (14 patterns) ranging from Tiffany T-code (1890's) to engraved dates of 1902 & 1903. So far, entire group seems to be within this era. However, this monogram not clearly linked with the other pieces by letters or names so later date is possible.]
