what does "cameo back" mean on a piece of flatware?

Someone online is describing a piece of old WMF baguette-shaped silverware as having a "cameo back." They show a picture of the front, which is traditional plain baguette, but no picture of the back.
For obvious reasons, I cannot show their photo of their piece, but below is the image of a piece of my own WMF (old) Baguette (originally Modell F, then Modell 100). As can be seen, the front is ridged and the back is plain, as expected:

So, what would "cameo back" mean? Of course, I know what a "cameo" is, but I can't figure what it would be on a piece of baguette silverware. Did they really stick on cameo on the back of the handle?
