Reed & Barton ID HELP - Year + Pattern???

I have been searching in vain to determine the year and pattern for this Reed & Barton Spoon (measuring 9"). I felt it was time to consult the professionals. I really appreciate your help - thank you so much!!!

Hi ~ welcome to the forums. It's silverplate pattern Russian - September 25, 1883 patent #D14323, issued to Austin F. Jackson and assigned to Reed & Barton.
