Hi, sorry for the late answer. The pattern is a typically German "Chippendale" pattern which appeared on the market in the middle of the 1920ies and was usually produced for decades. As to the maker - just a guess: Doublina from Döbeln / Stade. There are several posts on this forum about that company. As a silver mark Doublina usually used a small triangle with a "D" inside. But I saw flatware sets by Doublina where most pieces had the trinagle with D and some just the triangle. So this could be a variant of the Doublina mark or just a badly struck one.
