Can't recall seeing that Wallace pattern before and doubt that it was ever a named full-line pattern. Wallace and many other companies produced similar designs in the first decade of the 20th century, with the Holly motif, it may have been used for holiday items or as part of a birth flower series (December). Can't make out the production code in your picture, but that is most likely how it would have been identified by the manufacturer.

Hope this isn't redundant, but this pattern was not found in five separate flatware references, including checking for the same form with motifs other than Holly. Spoons may have been the only item in this design or there may have been a few other pieces produced, but it was almost certainly never a named full-line pattern, and the number on the back would have been used by the manufacturer to identify it (pattern No. 1??). Wallace and other companies made a number of limited-line patterns/designs with only a numeric designation, though one like yours might show up in a retailer's catalog identified as "Holly".
