What pattern is this?

Hello All i am trying to identify the pattern on this I am assuming gravy souse spoon, I went to the pattern section of the site but could not see any pattern close to this one, any help would be appriciated.

Wilcox & Evertson/International's Litchfield pattern, introduced in 1898. If it's in the area of 6"-7½", then it would be a gravy ladle.
