The Back of handle reads : Holmes & Edwards - Inlaid - IS

I'm trying to find out the name of this Pattern, any help would be appreciated.

The pattern is H & E/International's First Lady, introduced in 1933. Just as a note, the 1904 Patent #755727 was assigned to H & E for the technique of inlaying small pieces of solid silver at the wear points on plated flatware.

There was an excellent post on Holmes & Edwards, and others, inlaid flatware at:

Unfortunately the photos have since disappeared.
