"Little Birds Calling" Sterling Teaspoon

We have a sterling teaspoon with an illegible maker's mark beginning with the letter "N". There are two little birds at the top of the handle and the words "Little Birds Calling" embossed down the length of the handle. We can find nothing about this spoon. Does anyone recognize the pattern or know the maker? Thank you.
