Help, please. I H ? initials unsure sterling eagle ring

I got this fabulous mans ring today. sterling silver, from the design I felt it was native american. Im not sure if the mark is worn or if that is truly the mark. It looks like perhaps an I or just a line and a capital H and possibly a tiny capital J underneath before the sterling mark.

Any information would be wonderful, thank you!!!!
