In my book on Native American silversmiths it list four individuals that used a JL mark. The last two with a period after the letters. Book shows these letters side by side, not exactly like your marks. Here's the list of possibles:
Jinny Larry, Navajo.
Jake Livingston, Navajo/Zuni, started in 1972.
Jimmy Long, Navajo, deceased.
Janta Lonjose, Zuni.
Jane Peynetsa, Zuni, started working in 1974.
Jessica Lomayestewa, Hopi, from 1977.
It's a long-shot, but maybe if you google these names you might get lucky.
