Help with mark on sterling inlay earrings

These heavy inlay pierced earrings are stamped on back with a half sunrise and the word sterling, I've looked through books online to no avail,
I would appreciate any assistance with this picto stamp. I thought it could be a Weaver stamp but not exact match.
