Turquoise Silver Cuff Bracelet. It is marked on the underside of the top, but the bracelet part is covering the name. It looks like it it stamped Russ?? Sam?? sterling. Any idea who the maker is and what kind of bracelet and stone this is?

Saw your post on the Mexican silver board. It does not look like a Mexican silver mark to me either. Might be Navajo Indian artist Russell Sam.
