Alaska Native cuff

Hi all,
I got this Southeast Alaska Native cuff from the lost and found at work. I was hoping someone might know who the silversmith is. I have looked everywhere I can think of online. Any information would be helpful.
It appears to be Tlingit judging by the beaver and raven artwork.
