Turquoise and Sterling Cuff Bracelet

Please help me identify this mark on the back of a turquoise and sterling cuff bracelet. I have searched the internet and can't seem to find anything like it. I would think that it is Native American with the "overlapping lower case h - with two arrow marks on the tallest part of the h". I would appreciate any info that you have. Thank you

Did you ever find the artist on this piece? I have a pair of earrings with the same hallmark and I haven't had any luck finding the artist.
