Navajo Stamped Silver Tray - Maker J.Y. - Help please

Looking for help identifying this silver tray. I believe it is Navajo. I am hoping to find out who the maker is. It is stamped only J.Y. Measures twelve inches across. Any help on age and maker is appreciated.

Might anyone have an idea or guess perhaps as to when this might have been made? Not sure how to find out anything about this tray.
