Turquoise Beaded Necklace Mystery Maker? Help?

Hey I recently acquired a very nice beaded turquoise necklace with a makers mark I cannot seem to identify anywhere.. Can anyone help identify the maker? Possibly tell me anything you notice about the necklace or the maker? Thanks so much!
