Need help identifying mark on bracelet

Hi,

I just purchased this bracelet at an estate sale and would like some help identifying the makers marks on the back.

It has a HS separated by a full arrow and LB separated by I think it's a bird but created geometrically

The HS is for Harry Sandoval, the LB mark is for the Les Baker shop.
