BEAUTIFUL TURQUOISE AND SILVER BOLO MAKER HELP

I beleive this to be a Navajo piece but am unsure. The turquoise is spotted instead of veined. The only mark I can see is on the tips. There is sort of a half sunburst or a setting sun maybe. Any help on tribe, artist and age is appreciated. thanks so much

That sunburst mark is found on tips and cones from many suppliers. This may not be NA at all but could just be artisan made.
