Should have added this to my original request....Can anyone speculate on the timeframe which this piece may have been made?

I didn't see the mark in the Hallmarks of the Southwest book.
Since NA artisans didn't often mark pieces till the 1970's it's not likely that old and certainly isn't antique/100 years old.
