feather mark need identified, native american?

I received this beautiful sterling and onyx set as a gift, including necklace, earrings and a bracelet.

It is marked STERLING with a feather above it.

It is in a Hazelwoods box. I'm guessing it's Native American since the store specializes in Native American jewelry.

I'm trying to identify the hallmark of feather. Is it Navajo?
