Can anyone help identify this Mexican vase?

Can anyone help identify this great little vase? It's approx 4-1/4" tall, all hand hammered, and is very Mexican looking. The maker mark looks to be double stamped & I am having a hard time trying to read it. Also, if anyone has any history on the maker I will be very appreciative. Thanks in advance.

Industria Peruana = Peruvian Industry or less literally, made in Peru. EV would be the maker, sorry, don't know who that is.
