This mark is on bottom of a goblet. TR & CO. 0.900

Welcome to the Forum.
Just to let you know that we're not ignoring you!
I think your goblet is likely to be silver, rather than plated. The mark, and the way the standard is express, has similarities to those used in Columbia, and other parts of South America. Does that thought fit in at all with the history of the piece?
I've moved your post to the 'Central & South America' section of the forum, hopefully we'll get a response there.
