Bird Sculpture Marked Taller Tinta Ecuador Any Info Please?

I would like to know if anyone can assist me in learning more about the maker of this bird sculpture. I do not see any other markings showing whether or not it is silver. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello and welcome.

Joaquin Humberto Tinta of Ecuador produced these types of pieces ( 20th century).
Can't say for sure this is his mark.
