Help with maker/year Columbian Silver

This peice of silver was purchased at a yard sale by one of my neighbours. It is clearly from Bogota, Columbia.

Does anyone have any further information on this peice e.g. T N ?

I have two little ash trays with this mark (and 0925). They are in their original (1964) felt bag which bears the name E. Gutierez, SA , the phrase Platerias Columbianas and a clear copy of the same symbol you display. Hope this helps.
