Southworth silver spoon w basket flowers on handle

This spoon is marked southworth on back.
It has shell design on back of bowl where it looks like the handle is attached seperately.
This has raised basket of flowers design on top or tip of handle.
This spoon is very thin, and not plated.Appears to be coin silver and American. Any ideas on if this is American and what state and date of manufacture might be?
I am guessing early to mid 1800's .

Hi,
Basket of Flowers was a popular pattern c.1825-35. Not sure of the maker, but there was an Elijah Southworth working in NYC until 1834, his business was then taken over by his widow, Belinda. Watch and instrument makers, it is possible that they also retailed silver as a sideline.

Another name that might fit is Constant Southworth who was born in Connecticut in about 1804 and was working as a jewelller in Great Barrington, Massachusetts in 1850.
