Hi Linda,
My guess is that your spoon was retailed by Pratt & York in Fisherville, not made by them. It was a common practice to have the retailer's name stamped on the back of a spoon such as this, sometimes with the maker's marks included, sometimes not. If you research businesses in Fisherville you will likely find a retail operation by the name of Pratt & York in the mid 19th century.
