W & H Coin silver? Cup?

Hi,
I believe that this may be a Wood & Hughes coin silver cup, however I cannot find the exact W&H mark, as well as the other mark pictured. I read the posts in the forum, but did not see this mark.
Any direction or help is appreciated.
