Evans C.Beard with Eagle, rough date?

Does anyone know a rough date for this spoon with the addition of an Eagle mark? I’ve found spoons with his mark but not with the Eagle listed online. It’s a larger teaspoon weighing 21 grams, a really nice spoon.
