Coin Silver Spoon Circa 1790-1810, Marked G&O

This teaspoon seems like it might be a New York or Pennsylvania piece, but I really have no leads, even with the fairly uncommon initials. Am I missing the obvious? Thanks!

I have seen this mark attributed to Greenleaf (David) & Oakes (Frederick), in partnership at Hartford c 1804-1807, but withoput documentation.

Thanks - that seems like a good candidate!
