F. J. D. French style ladle.

This is another mark I have been studying for at least 35 years.
Again if anyone has seen it before, i would like to know in what part of the country.
This is a full size quite heavy ladle. The bowl is French style, but the handle could pass for American, except for its weight.
In my opinion it is Mississippi Valley.
