18th c. pastry cutter wheel SA with outriders

I have only seen two silver pastry wheels, or whatever you want to call it.
I always hoped the outrider marks would help identify this mark. Personally I lean to CT.

Old post. This looks like a mark I've seen attributed to Samuel Avery. Late eighteenth century - early nineteenth century Preston, Connecticut (Norwich vicinity) silversmith.
