J Stilwell Coin Silver Spoon

I purchased a Coin Silver Spoon with a mysterious makers mark of "J Stilwell" on the back and could locate any info anywhere. Dose anyone have any ideas??

The spoon has a coffin style end with a large font "J S V E"
