PR Ladle marking

I hoped you could give me some information on a ladle I purchased a while back. I have attached a set of pictures. There is a PR mark on the back. I believe it is made of coin silver. It has initials engraving on the front in an older script.

Welcome to the forum. Your ladle looks like it is continental silver to me, maybe German. Good luck with your research.
