Bracelet

Greetings,
I have a piece with four hallmarks. 1) The first two circles are 8 mm with 23 dots along the outer edge. The marks inside the circles appear identical - a lazy S to the left of a J laying on its side with a backward J underneath the first J. The third mark is 7 mm square with four dots along the top, right side and bottom. There are five dots on the left side. Inside the dots are is a five point star to the left of 'B'. The last hallmark is 9 mm wide X 11 mm alto and appears to be either a leaf, flower or rope knot.
Any assistance you might be able to provide is deeply appreciated.
