Could someone please help me read this maker's mark? Thank you in advance for looking.

Hi, I believe it not to be a maker's mark. To my knowledge the top Chinese character 粹 translates to Pure and the bottom Chinese character 纯 translates to Fine. Indeed a bit confusing and no Chinese character to indicate silver 银
